Prayers still needed
It's been a while since I've posted, just wanted to update that prayers are still needed. My stepdaughter is doing good, she had a little setback after the surgery and last week they had to be put back into the medically induced coma. She was in the coma for 24 days. Earlier this week they discontinued the meds for the coma and began introducing different meds to help with the withdrawals. Yesterday the removed her off of the ventilator and placed her on a bipap machine which is great because she is doing about 75% of her breathing on her own. Tomorrow they will be removing the monitor that measures the pressure between her skull and brain. So she is moving in the right direction and turning the corner. Everyday she is waking up more and more and responding better. So please keep her in your prayers as her recovery will be a long road. Thanks.

Thanks for the prayers. She is doing well the last two days have been amazing. She is breathing on her own and has been taken off pretty much all meds except methadone to help with withdrawals from all the other meds. She is responding to request to move her arms, fingers and ties and trying to talk to us. Thanks again for all the prayers.
