![]() Got three nice racks of babyback ribs smoking right now. Seasoned two with my Swamp Rub and one with my Gator Bite Rub. Smelling pretty darn good in the yard! Ooooppps....! An icy cold Abita Fall Fest just popped open and appeared in my hand! Oh well, I guess I'll just go ahead and drink it.

![]() Yesterday afternoon I put three racks of babyback ribs on the Traeger for a long and slow afternoon of smoking seasoned two with my Swamp Rub and one with my Gator Bite Rub. The yard was smelling pretty darn good!
Rubbed them with a little Cane Molasses ![]() Seasoned with my homemade rubs ![]() On to the Traeger ![]() Coming along a little slower than I expected but nicely ![]() Sauced them and left 'em on the grill a lil longer. ![]() Done and ready for eatin' ![]() Very little smoke ring but they had a great smoky. ![]() No pictures but I through together a pot of BBQ baked beans to go along with the ribs. |

Damn fine man. Thats real bbq right there. Gota let that sauce cook until its nice and sticky. They look beautiful.
