Sauté onion bellpepper an garlic in butter when onions start to clear turn fire to low an add flour while stirring until it all rolls into a ball. Add milk/ half an half then with a fork start breaking down the ball till the concotion is smooth an creamy.

Seperate pan brown ground meat then throw into soup.
I put 1 can hot rotel
1 can kernel corn
An I cooked up some white beans an also through those in.
1 packet taco seasoning
About a table spoon of cumin
Salt an pepper to taste)))) I use a lot of salt

When ground meat gets tender I added about 1-2 cups of shredded cheese an then grub!
