Incredible Trout & Red Bite 1-20-14

Chris Ginn and Mathew Ginn joined my son Seth and I today on the Gator Tail. We started slinging in trout before the sun came up!! The bite actually slowed down once the sun came up, so we made a move. It didn't take long as we drifted a couple hundred yards and were slinging the yellow mouths in one after another!! Mathew wanted to catch some reds so we left the trout biting and went into the shallows in the Gator Tail. The reds were hungry also as we had close to 20 hit the deck keeping 11. After we had the K2 full and all the camera shots Chris needed, we went do some mud riding!!! The ponds were shallow with just inches of water to just solid mud. No problem for the GT, as we went right through it all with no problem!! Fun times with great company and plenty fish. Green Hornet Matrix shad caught all of our fish today. Tight-lined at a crawl with an occasional twitch. Thanks again Chris for all you do.
