Spent all day in Jackson, MS. Flurries as soon as I walked to my truck at 5, spitting snow from Hazelhurst to just north of McComb. Pretty cool.

Not much here in Vidrine but enough to talk about. My niece couldn't wait to get outside and play in it.

We had 3 1/2-4 inches this morning. I told my kids that if they ever wanted to build a snow man they better do it today. It may be a long time before we get snow like that again.

Still planning on surf fishing in the morning. The reds are calling me

I remember years ago when I was little it snowed enough for me and my brother to make a little snowman. It was just a little 1' - 2' snowman, but after all these years I still get a big smile everytime I think about it. A great memory for sure for a coon@ss!! I try and forget the year I woke my wife up to see the snow and beamed her with 2 snowballs.
