Default Dularge Trout and Reds 2-16-14

Chris and Dodie Jones joined me today for some Dularge saltwater action. We worked hard for these and they had a great time! Patience was key today and we stuck it out till 3:00. We picked away and caught trout in spurts. The fish seemed to have scattered the last two days and weren't balled up in any one spot. With every move we picked away, catching very few throwbacks. Slow on the bottom was the ticket with most feeling like dead weight. The few reds we found we picked off tailing in the shallows. Perhaps the full moon had the bite funny or maybe it was the pressure. In the end, my customers went home happy and will be coming back!
