I have used that before. They work great. Especially if you have a lot to pull apart.

I've also cooked with the boys down east that boil their boston butts in some crab boil and other spices and use a big industrial drill with a paint stirrer for a five gallon bucket of paint.

7 or 8 butts in a crawfish pot and it's pulled in 30 seconds.

Add the barbecue sauce and start serving them up on a bun. They will eat it all.

But I always smoke mine.
