I made some blackened wahoo tacos last year and they were delicious. One of my favorite fish to eat.

Wahoo is amazing.
When we fish in Venice we always eat the fresh fish that night. Of course the tuna both seared and raw is delicious but I prefer blackened Wahoo. Wahoo and Lemon fish my two favorite. Both very firm and white meat. |
