I put a nice turkey breast on the Traeger to roast this afternoon. Added some boudin on the grill about and hour before I expected the turkey to be done. The wife made some corn pudding and I made some smashed new potatoes to round off the meal.
The turkey was simply seasoned with a house seasoning for a Mississippi restaurant, Thame's. ![]() Smashed potatoes! Mmmm......... ![]() Not a bad meal for a Tuesday evening. huh? ![]() |
