Default Replace deck stringers and transom?

I have a old bay boat that was left outside at my brothers house for a year or so and now the floor transom etc is rotten and needs to be replaced. Anyone know a good shop to replace it in lafayette and any estimates on cost? The engine runs great. Just trying to see if its worth it.

put a straight edge on it and just make sure the hull isnt warped, after all that stuff rots out its not uncommon for the boat to sag and change hull shape on you everywhere there is a roller or bunk support.

what you want to do is half way to building a new boat (if not more) so make sure what your starting with is rock solid and straight or you can have lots of tracking issues with it after its restored
