Seafood gumbo

I just made the best Seafood Gumbo, no one was cooking one so I decided I would for our Thanksgiving get together.....you can't have thanksgiving without gumbo..... So here's my question, what's the one thing besides Turkey that everyone must have for Holiday get together?
