lost lease

went ride with my brother and son today to check out lease, getting the fever! We stop by to talk to landowner on our way out. This would be the 4th year we lease this spot. The landowner comes out and tells us he's leased our blind for more money!! Its getting to where a family can't find and hold onto a lease these days. With all the Johnny come lately 'guide' services leasing up everything. Needless to say, we were upset. The landowner is an older gentleman, so I showed him respect. My only response was 'well, I guess you can really tell a man by how he keeps his word, thanks for letting me find that out about you'.
So we begin the search tomorrow for a new lease. We've always hunted around the Kaplan, Klondike, Gueydan area. If anyone knows of anyone leasing in this area, please leave a post!
