V Bay 9/6

[wishin i was fishin]

Hit the pass this morning for a quick trip. Ended up with 9 reds. bunch of croaker and hardheads mixed in. All on shrimp under a cork.

water around the point looked good. wanted to fish the dry reef platform but did not have time. Hate fishing on the clock.

no pics, it was raining when we got home so just hurried up and filleted em.

When people talk about fishing the pass, is that those reefs to the right when you are heading out or Caldwell. I've never really gotten into the reds in the bay only caught one here and there while trout fishing or in the marsh. I was always afraid to fish near those reefs in the pass
