Exclamation new location

guys n gals(thats you fool ) due to such a huge increase in the amount of members fishing the tournament, we will have to move the launch, weigh in etc. to calcasiue point. this will give us a better launch, wayyyy more room, livewells to keep the live trout to be released,a roof over our head and a tone more opportunities for everyone. i know some of you have booked cabins and such at heberts... i am terribly sorry for inconveniencing anyone. on the lighter side, its only 5 -10 minutes from cal point landing.please take this update with an open mind... its gettin bigger by the day guys!!! we will do the brain tumor research foundation alotta good with this tournament. thanks to ALL members and to ALL people involved in one way or the other. this is gonna be a great event and will be lots of fun. thank you all and please pm or email with any concerns. speckdaddy

Default Camp Opening

Hey guys, if any of yall were looking for a large camp around Heberts I will be cancelling my reservation @ the Green Picket. http://www.biglakeguesthouse.com/

My fishing partner has a camp on the water very close to cal point, and we will be staying there.

I think Cal Point will accomadate the crowd much better.

I just booked a room at Inn on the Bayou. It looks like they are the closest place to Calcasieu Pt. Landing to stay at. The room I reserved is $69.00 a night. The website is innonthebayou . com. Thanks Speckdaddy for the information on the phone.

If I was traveling in, I would stay at Heberts too.
You can have a lot more fun outside the cabins than at a hotel.
BBQ and beer on the front porch.
