WCC Furniture on Ridge usually has some. Also Congress Outdoors on Rue De Belier. If you look on Craigslist under FREE you call always find some. At least once a week, a business usually advertises that they have some.

There is a shop on S. Loop St. off of Cameron St. that used to always have stacks of pallets in front. I think it was a wholesale electric place.... Maybe ride by and see if they still have some out front and ask.
