[QUOTE=Seahunt BX22;752827]What are the preferred rod size/ brand fishermen are using for fishing specks?
Using a 7' med/heavy now for grubs with 1/4 - 3/8 heads and bait caster.[/ Go Med. power fast action for the marsh in 6'10 to 7'0 depending on how much open water fishing you do, this rod can do double duty. Guys to our west throw lighter jig heads in shallower water where med/light rods are a better choice. |
