Default Kids need duck stamp

I know kids under 16 don't need a hunting license but do they need a federal or state duck stamp? What about HIP certificate?

Thanks.

Don't know about the duck stamp, but they don't need the HIP. Just something show that their under 16 like their hunters ed card.

You do NOT need a duck stamp until you have to buy a license in the state of LA (age 16). To get a license, the kids now need a hunter ed card.

Why have a HIP program if you don't count the ducks killed by kids?
When I was under 16, I was killin 10 ducks a day when I hunted.

They don't need the HIP if under 16

There is no cost for the certification. Migratory bird hunters who do not require hunting licenses, such as 15 year-olds and younger, are also encouraged to become HIP certified.

I saw on ESPN News that some new pro bowler won some kind of big championship for the first time. He was wearing a camo bowling shirt.
I was guessing he was a redneckerson type.
