What's your RPM's?
Did you check throttle linkage to make sure your getting 100% throttle? What work was done in the tune up? 2 stroke or 4 stroke? |

I dunno? maybe a kinked fuel line under the cover or a restricted fuel quick connection or unplugged spark plug
I bet its something real simple like that |

RPM's around 4500, 4 stroke and it was the 100 hour service for the motor. I will check the linkage and plug wire.

If it ran good before you took the boat in for the 100 hour tune-up..... and now it is not running the same, I would take it back to the shop and let them correct the problem..... at no charge.
OR..... Check the fuel Oil/water filter.... it could be plugged up. Be sure the fuel tank vent is open. Also check the fuel line bulb to be sure it is "tight" and there is not an air leak [crack] somewhere. If the engine is running a little "ruff" could be just some old or "bad" gasoline. It could be a fouled spark plug. |
