They had shut it off Sunday around 0900 and the guy said he would kick it back on in the afternoon. Pump was running Monday as well when i left.

It's located south of Gueydan. You get to it from the Florence Canal and crossing over the intracoastal

Thanks. Didn't make it today but headed out in the morning.

It's permit only. State holds a lottery every year before March for the permits. $5 app fee and $40 if you get drawn for a permit.

is the water muddy in there? I won a permit 2 years ago and went 5 times and it was always muddy as hell.

Water is beautiful and was nice last year also.
