BL 5/13 Friday
Made a Friday trip to BL and as usual the weather man had it wrong!! Was supposed to be mild winds from the N/NE, boy was he wrong. Had strong 10-15 MPH winds from the N all morning till around lunch. Ran around looking for protective waters to fish around west cove, joes cove and the ship channel with no luck. Around lunch, once the wind slowed down, we found some specks on a reef in the lake, but most of them were 10-11.5" long! Caught well over 50 fish, but were only able to keep 10. All in all, it was a nice day out with my boy.
