Repeatable company for Fiberglass work and also Taxidermy in the NOLA area?

Looking for some advice as to a repeatable company for the following?

Taxidermy in the NOLA area? My son-n-law caught his first redfish and I want to mount it for him and give it to him this coming Christmas.

Fiberglass repair? The deck where my CC mounts has a crack in it that stretched about 4' in length. The manufacturer has already agreed to cover it under warranty, but with there being no repeatable dealer any closer than Mobile, AL they will pay for a local fiberglass shop to do the work. Any advice as to where I can get a quality repair job done in the NOLA area?

Ronnie Arcement in St Bernard is jam up with ducks and fish. Does real fish mounts not replicas. Not sure for price of fish but it's reasonable. His ducks are I think 150 a bird. He's done a dozen different mounts for me (all ducks) however seen plenty of his fish and they look great. His number is 504-512-2026.
