Substitute crab for the shrimp. I use onion powder and celery salt cause I don't like to crunch into them. |

Looks pretty good Ray, I saw it on the tread but wasn't sure about the corn flakes. I guess I could sudstitue crushed non-salted crackers. I think I'll give it a try. Thanks

To me, crushed Corn Flakes taste a lot better than bread crumbs.
But use anything that tastes good to you. |

I think I will try the corn flakes. I am looking for a new recipe so why not try something new. With the meat from a dozen crabs mixed into it and stuffed in a flounder how else can it taste but GOOD.

I love crab stuffing in fried seafood balls, crab shells, and flounder! another good dish is an oyster bread dressing served with broiled flounder |

I use ritz crackers in my seafood stuffing.....gives it a sweet buttery flavor and leaves room for seasonings and jalepeno's.....doesnt get over salty like saltines might..The onion powder and cellery salt is better than the crunch........you are correct...
