Causeway Bait and Tackle normally has mud minnows @ Texas side of Causeway Bridge.

Well. The causeway is under new ownership. They don’t carry any bait anymore. Hit a few spots today. Not a bite.

The only place I know of is “luck in a bucket”. I don’t know the town it’s in, and it’s out of the way, but not by much. Quick google search will find them.
