rabbit stew
wanted fried rabbit today, but it was too big for frying, so i made a stew. browned the rabbit pcs, then made a roux, added trinity, water and stock, then carrots and potato and seasonings. made some biscuits to go with it. not too shabby. the wife went to the casino, sooooo. eat your heart out Dinty Moore.
