Default Grant Writers...????

Has anyone ever used grant writers for business? If so, how successful was it? Who did you use?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Corey

I have written many grants and used some grant writers also. Some of them are very succesuful. If they charge, some will do a percentage of the grant if awarded.

I am a public agency so it is different for us than private business.

Would you be willing to venture into a business grant writing? Who do you reccomend if not. I have very little down time to work on this. I'm gonna have to rely on someone else to do a lot of the leg work.

I'm going back on a turnaround tomorrow night and am going to have to work on the collision center during the day....Nevermind the fact I have a two yr old and a pregnant wife that may want a minute or two of my time.

I'm trying to buy some land and a new building and am looking for some way to not have to take out as much equity out of my house for all the down payments!

I'm looking for a grant writer for our nonprofit (cbtrf.org) also, so recommendations are appreciated. I don't have time to do it myself, unfortunately.

if both of you will pm me some info I can see look into it. Name of grant you are looking at, if you know, some specifics of what you want to accomplish with the grant, that kind of stuff. I don't think I have the time, but know a couple of people I can ask.

Actually, email me the info please,

My sister has written grants for the Cameron Library, she works for them.
I don't know what it is all about but she knows how to do it.
My wife also works for a non profit organization that writes grants for cities, parishes and other public organizations. I don't know if they write them for businesses.
If you want I can give you their email addresses and see if they can help you.

Morgan Goudeau - Opelousas, LA

Not sure if they are still operating, but did give the best work when I was doing it!
