Default BassMasters Classic

If you are watching the Bassmasters classic, its on espn, today is the final day and Its interesting that 1st, 2nd and 3rd place are all fishing the same creek, which is the same creek that the boat launch is on. The boat launch is located in Beeswax creek state park. I figure this creek is where the fisheries stock lake lay and its where they have released the bass that are caught in tournaments for years. I hope this guy Jeff Kriet wins he seems like he knows its his turn to win over KVD.

I like that Kriet fella, he's entertaining to watch and is one of those "do what it takes" kinda guys.

KVD is a beast! I kinda wish someone else would of won but o well. I didn't get to watch the final weigh in. Did they catch better than the days before?

I've never fished the technique they were using. Have any one of ya'll tried that? I don't know if any of the lakes around here beside toledo bend are even big enough to fish how they were.

The technique they were using works well in Indian creek and on the points in Henderson when the water is moving in the right direction. It will work anywhere with grass.

Have you ever used it at this time of year? I know during the warmer months it works great in many places. I guess I meant to ask if anyone has used that technique this time of the year.

The yo yo action on a trap is the way I usually fish it,killer in the grass. Redfish will also smash a trap fishing that way,one of my favorite baits.

I only watched a little bit of the BMC.

What technique they were using? What I saw was a couple defferent guys fishing out in the middle of the lake. I did not notice anthing special, cast and slow jirky retrieve.
