one icy january morning a local cop in billings montana came across a biker standing by his harley on the side of the road .
The biker had on his cold weather leathers and a full face helmet.
Cop got out of his car and asked the biker what the problem was?
The biker replies , Carburators frozen, Cop says well pee on it it'll thaw out. Bikers says cant pee right now . Cop looks up and down the road ,sees no one around and says ok i'll do it for you .
Lubricates the carb real well and the bike starts right up .
Biker drives off w/a wave.
3 days later the chief of police gets a letter . It starts off w/
