The Sabine River Authority is accepting public comment until January 6 before a scheduled meeting on January 26 concerning acceptance of a 99 year agreement to sell water in Texas.

State legislators should also be notified of any concerns and I have been informed that a signature from the Governor is required before SRA can sell water from Toledo Bend.
