boat with no paper
i was wondering if you have a 12ft small flats jon boat with no papers and want to fish in spots like price lake road or prien lake and paddle with no motor or troll motor. is it legal. also does a kayak need any papers? is it legal to put a kayak or small jon boat down on price lake rd?
