Captain John Schuchert is the only American charter company owner in Quepos who actually takes customers out fishing, and the transplanted Texan gives customers the fishing trip of a lifetime on a daily basis thanks to the amazing fishing out of Quepos, Costa Rica.
Quepos Fish Adventure customers can expect a mixed bag of great fishing, with pelagics including sailfish, marlin, yellowfin tuna, and dorado, as well as bottom fish such as snapper, broomtail grouper and amberjack. Also available are inshore trips to target the huge snook and roosterfish that prowl the turbulent nearshore waters.
Quepos is a small coastal town that serves as a gateway to Manuel Antonio National Park, a 1850 hectacre preserve known for its beautiful beaches, lush jungle trails and abundant wildlife. The park gives way to the Pacific Ocean, where some of the flattest water in the Pacific gives anglers easy access to a smorgasbord of pelagic and reef fish.
Capt. Schuchert is an expert on the area and is glad to help travelers plan their trip - more more info visit www.queposfishadventure.com!
