While this is far from my Paleo diet, I figured a little "splurge" wouldn't kill me... It is a Holiday after all

...

Ground Hot Italian Sausage, fresh mushrooms, cheese, and heavy whipping cream... Pasta cooked in the sauce... Nap time...
