Default 4/6...Last trip in little boat

Got out on the water yesterday around 11:00, just in time for the winds to pick up. This trip was a little special, as it was the last trip before heading offshore, and the last time fishing out of my little lakesport (new boat will be in when i get back in). Boat has been a little workhorse, but tired of getting beat up and fishing in tight quarters. Hit the lake and had to work hard to catch fish. Wind was blowing around 15-20 steady, so would set up a drift and pick up 1 or 2 fish per drift. Tried anchoring the boat, but the boat slapping on the water was too much and the trout wanted no part of it. Stayed with the drift technique until we stopped catching fish, which happened to be when the wind started to lay down around 4 PM. Changed methods and trolled along the ship channel for the flounder and lone red. Good day on the water, and caught a little mess of fish in some tough conditions.
