The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

Default New Orleans Praleans~~~~~Pralines

Yes, I deliberately mispelled pralines as praleans to better rhyme with New Orleans.
My wife has some business associates coming to New Orleans this weekend for a bachelorette party and asked me to make a batch of pralines to include in goodie bags she's making for all the ladies. Most have never been to New Orleans so she included necessities like antacids and headache remedies.

Right around 230* this is like naplam if you splash it on bare skin.

Done! These came out really good too!
