Default V-bay 10/10

Hit the water at sunrise on some kayaks, left at sunset. Was a long but good day. Most were caught in live shrimp, a few on matrix shads.

Love the matrix shad. Shrimp creole and limon head are my favorite.

Fishin out the yak adds a new element to fishin, not to mention its way cheaper than buyin a boat. And you can get into that skinny water boats can't reach. The lemon head was the only one I got bites on that day, deff a favorite.

True that. Watched a guy catching some reds in a canal around a drain that was coming out of a few duck ponds. He caught his 5 but fought through the hard heads and small gafftop to do it. Me and a buddy are gonna take our yaks in those duck ponds tomorrow morning. Skitterwalks will be flying at daylight!
