I made these wings the other night, and talk about GOOD!! My wife loved them, and she is not very big on spicey foods. She said they had just the right kick.
Marinade: 4 Tablespoons Lime Juice 5 Tablespoons Olive Oil 2 Tablespoons Honey 2 Teaspoons Lime Zest 2 1/2 Teaspoons Salt McCormick's 5 Pepper Blend Breading: 1 cup Flour 1/3 cup Bread Crumbs Salt 5 Pepper Blend 3 pounds of wings Mix marinade. I put about 2 tablespoons of the pepper blend. Pour over wings, refrigerate 2 hours. Mix coating, coat wings. Then, just go ahead and slap them on the grill for, oh heck, I don't remember how long I cooked them for.
