Default Shallow Sacs

Went to the community sacalait hole by my house and had a great day on the water. All fish caught on black and chartreuse tube jigs less than a foot deep around cypress knees. The day started off real slow with only 5 fish in the first three hours, but the wind picked up to 15-20 mph and the light switch turned on. Ended up keeping 25 and played catch and release for a while. My cajun anchor made a huge difference in the wind today. I would pull up 10-15 yards, stick the anchor and fish without having to stay on trolling motor.

Lots of male fish getting the beds ready for the big girls. Only one fish had eggs.
