Default Monday Night White Beans and Rice With Alligator Sausage
No we didn't have Red Beans & Rice but the white version with alliagator sausage.
Served with some pickled quail eggs on the side and some of my homemade jalapeno pepper relish.

Pretty darn tasty if I might add!
