Default Stinkin up the pot

Here's what I got goin on right now ... A little beef stew meat and sausage gonna make a gravy

I made some home made hamburgers last night. Normally I put egg and a little bread crumbs, last night I did neither. All I used was salt, pepper a little tonys and ground round and ground chuck mixed together. Probably the best burger I ever made. I'm going to keep it simple from now on.

I like to post what I cook from time to time but lately I havent been cooking much with baseball practice 3 times a week.

By the way that looks like a wonderfully stink pot. IWEI

Thanks! There's nothin better than home cooked burgers .. Question, whats the difference between ground round and ground chuck, I've seen both but never knew the difference

The chuck is from the front of animal and generally more fatty than the round which is from the back of the animal
