Power Pole Customer Service
ImageUploadedByTapatalk1341881301.803922.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1341881334.992507.jpg Well I called and left a message that morning on their voicemail and Paul, the guy guy who does the warranty stuff, called me back before lunch. I told him what the problem was and he told me he couldn't get one to me there because of the 4th of July holiday. He told me all I needed to do was take a picture and send in the serial number. So I did that on Friday. Well today he calls me and asks if I have sent it yet because he didn't get it. So I sent it again from a different address and by the time I was sending it he had already created an invoice. He then called me back to let me know he had received the pictures and everything would be handled. He also said that he is sending all new mounting hardware all at no cost to me. I got an email a little while ago that it has been shipped and should be here on Wednesday. Now that's what I call customer service. |

Oh yeh there customer service is unreal!!
I was having problems with my lines breaking and he walked me through the proper installation and overnighted me all the new lines and fittings so i can have boat back up and going to guide. A+ to JL Marine they have a hell of a way to make things right i will continue to have powerpoles on my boats |

Couldn't agree more. When my control module went out, I called em up, they requested I send it back and the guy sent me a new one, with no questions asked. That kind of reputation speaks for itself! thanks JL Marine!

Power Pole provides the best customer service of any product I have owned. I am ordering my 4th power pole on my 4th new build since 2007. Customer loyalty that PP earned.
