DU is gunna close off one of the canals in West Pass and make a low level rock wier in Oyster Bayou They trying to control the salinty level in the marsh and control erosion brought by the hurricanes and general errosion

Passed by Oyster bayou about a week ago, and the barge with rocks was there. Looks like the work had started.
