Default Offshore Cameron 6-26

Rig hopped to 45 mles out in 65ft of water and only caught one small snapper. Did catch 6 nice kings, 3 sharks, and 1 jack crevalle. The two biggest kings were 31 and 35lb. We prolly broke off at least a dozen good fish. Big blue runners were everywhere. My friend took pics with his cell phone which actually turned out to be 1 second videos so no pics...sorry. Disappointed bout not getting snapper or ling but was hooked up pretty much all day.

Fishing up current from the platforms was key to catching. Fish were not down current from the platforms Sat.
We tied up and caught 2. Then moved up current and wiped them out in no time.

The only places to launch are Johnson Bayou, Cameron, Grand Chenier and the old
Red Nunez launch between Cameron and Grand Chenier at the T where 27 and 82
meet. Look for the caution light.
