Default big lake sat pm

well i made a trip out sat to the ol lake.the first stop we made there was bait everywhere.made a couple of cast and wham.trout on.well we fished for about an hour and picked up 3 more nice trout.i looked back north and i did not like what i saw.lighning and the wind picked up quickly.picked up and headed ino the belly of the storm to heberts.well it was fun while it lasted.

dang started good! We saw that storm coming at a buddies place...we high tailed it for cover and beers!

I hate when I just get out to my spot to fish catch a couple and 10 minutes later rain comes and chases me out! I know how you feel its happened to me about 10x last year, hasn't happened to me in a while.

yea with a buch of wind and lighning.i dont mess with lightning.not even a little.i know what it will do to u from experience.i was a medic for cameron parish dist 2.i worked on a guy that was struck at davis seafood in hackberry.not a pretty picture

Nice catch! We went out around 7 am and when we were leaving around 1 pm it looked like they were starting to build up.
