we gave it a shot this afternoon in the v/b. didnt do a whole lot,trolling motor was actin up,so we couldnt fish exactly how we wanted. tried a reef on the outside,picked up 2 reds, came inside the pass,fished a reef,nothing,fished a few spots at marsh island and picked up a couple more reds and that was it. It was calm like glass going out around 3,but got rough as heck right before dark. Water looked goo in most of the area,just need some salt to move in now.
