Default Prayers for my dad

Got a txt from mom this morning that dad was at ER with chest pains...... At noon I got another txt ..... He had a heart attack .... 90 % blockage. He had a stint put in and is n recovery now.
Crazy how Ur day can change so fast.
All of dads family has heart issues. His grandparents all died from heart attack @ young age. So did his parents.... His brothers have all have heart issues.... He's the baby of 11 kids ... So in a way I guess he was next in line.
Next time u see Ur dad..... Hug him. Tell him thanks and you love him.

Prayers for your Dad and your family. 99% of people with stints go on to live healthy , productive lives . I hope he does as well.

Man I talked to you on the phone today. Wish you would have told me. I will pray for him. Do what Purebay says and hug your dad and tell him you love him every chance you get. You never get the chance later. My dad wasn't the type to hug his boys, he did the girls. Wish I had of hugged him more anyway. I am the youngest out of 16. My dad and his family has heart issues. Most of my brothers do too. Prayers sent and keep us posted

I was in your shoes just recently. Your world STOPS on a dime in moments like this! I pray for his wellbeing and will say that, my dad, now with a stint is as good as he's ever been! Hang in there and don't be afraid to tell him that you love him. It's not the norm in my family either but when your hero suddenly has a mortal side, it's all that you can do.

God be with you and your family.
