Default Boat capsized in Venice today

Does anybody know anything about the boat that capsized today in Venice? Reports say 1 survived and 4 people lost their lives.

Was this a charter or private boat?

Latest news:

Four people died and one survived Saturday after a sport fishing vessel capsized in the Gulf of Mexico, according to Coast Guard officials.

Officials were unable to release the names of the five people Saturday night.
Four people from Alabama -- a son, his father, his uncle, his uncle's girlfriend -- and one person from Metairie left a Venice marina at about 6:30 a.m. Saturday morning for a fishing trip, said Louisiana Deptartment of Wildlife and Fisheries spokesman Adam Einck, speaking through the son, the lone survivor.
Between and hour to an hour-and-a-half after they left, one of the group's two motors shut down, Einck said. The back of the boat began filling up with water. The operator shut off the other engine, and "the boat really started to take on water at that time," Einck said.
The vessel capsized about three miles offshore near the South Pass entrance to the Mississippi River, according to U.S. Coast Guard petty officer Bill Colclough.
The son was able to climb onto the overturned boat, which didn't sink, and the other four clung to life vests and the side of the boat, Einck said. They were not able to send out a distress call, and Einck said all but the son were most likely killed from hypothermia or drowning.

The Sea Angel, an offshore crew vessel, found the single survivor around 1 p.m. and immediately contacted the New Orleans Coast Guard. They also found his four dead companions floating in the water.
Einck said a biologist doing field work for the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries also spotted them, and notified the department. Between these three boats and a Plaquemines Sheriff's Office boat, the survivor and the four bodies were brought to shore.
The sole survivor was brought to the station in Venice where Emergency Medical Services treated his mild injuries and mild hypothermia, but he refused transport to a hospital, Colclough said.
The Department of Wildlife and Fisheries is investigating the circumstances that caused the boat to capsize. They were unable to recover the capsized boat, but will try again today, Einck said.

Man that is going to be a horrible memory for the rest of the son's life. To have to sit there and watch as your loved one's die. Gives me the creeps thinking about it. Prayers going up for all.
