Mom wants to go to Toledo Sunday, and wants to catch white perch (Thats all she likes to fish for, and she's dam good at it) Any suggestions on baits, depths, areas?

They are spawning so fish shallow 2-6 foot depths next to grass! Tube jigs or shiners will work.

Caught a couple over 15 inches yesterday. One on a half ounce spinnerbait and the other on a beetle spin. Was fishing for bass so not much effort towards the sacs. 6 feet of water over grass seems to be the ticket talking to the guy cleaning a bucket load of them.

Well give us the report. Me and spoonbilla goin up der dis weekend to try for some of dem sac-a-laits. Dey will prolly quit bitin by then. Story of our lives.
