True albino snapper. Crabs are cleaned, then boiled regular, with no heads. Layer them in an ice chest, melt butter and garlic together, the drizzle over. Awesome.

The meat doesn't fall out of the crabs? How long do you boil them for and I suppose a slow roll boil not wide open?
