I had a local fiberglass shop make me one for my whaler. That is really your only option if you want it to look decent. Here is a old pic of mine,it was a bare floor before,no deck at all.

300 worth of materials....we traded labor for some work I did on his outboard. It was well worth it,no casting deck on the rear sucks.

wonder if they can make one that can lock in that is removable? That way its not in the way of a tube or when wake boarding

This is what i was thinking Donnie:
Get an aluminum frame built to contour the mold of my existing side peices, and have them do the glass on top of that and secure it with a turn buckle underneath. Make it similar to a front casting deck almost, just a thought |
