Default Slime on the deck... 6/1

Couldn't get anybody to wake up and fish with me Wednesday morning so I headed out by myself. Launched out of bridgeside because I was gonna fish elmer's island forgetting that it was the opening of snapper place was packed... Oh well got delayed a little but not too bad. Went to the beach and it was too rough and dirty. Went to a couple spots on west side of the island and water was still cloudy so I ran east. Picked up a few fish at queen bess then headed over to reef I found a few years ago and caught 16 fish in 40 minutes. Ended the morning with 21. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1307455411.703815.jpg
Went back out that afternoon with my gf, her friend, my pregnant sister, and my aunt. Needless to say I had a handful lol. We still managed to boat around 25 nice keeper specs( we probably lost that many at the side of the boat and the hookset)and a sheephead ImageUploadedByTapatalk1307454753.412029.jpg
My gf caught her first troutImageUploadedByTapatalk1307454439.810637.jpg now she is hooked. Good time was had by all. And most importantly nobody got a hook in em lol

Bob, Looks like you got the best keeper of all! And she is now hooked on trout fishing.

Glad you and the girls had a good time.

Plenty of room as long as Comeaux isn't throwing a topwater right next to you.

Great catch!!
