Default Boca Grande Pass

I fished Boca Grande Pass yesterday with Captain Dave Hoke http://www.anglersadvantageguideservice.com/capt.htm, and got on a monster snook bite. Soon as we pulled out into the pass were ran up on school of 200 HUGE tarpon boilin the top. We fished for them for about 20 minutes and decided to go catch bait on sabiki rigs. While we were catching bait two good sized Cobia decided to join the party, doubled up on those! Moved on to the honey hole and hooked up with 9 and only landed 2. Those snook are the hardest fighting fish ive ever fought. We fished threadies under a dock with an outgoing tide riping towards the pass. It was extremely hard pulling those monsters out from under the dock before they broke off on the pilings and not to mention locked drags and pulling up current, but I managed to pull out a 36incher 15 lbs and a 33, 10lber! Unbelievabe trip and if anyone ever get the oppourtunity I highly recommend Captain Hoke! Enjoy the pics!
